From 15th to 21st August in Leipzig it will be held The Leipzig Open 2016, an important event of ITF women circuit with a 25,000$ money prize. The players will contend on outdoor clay courts of Leipziger TC 1990 and many will be players who will attract the interestes of tennis lovers. From number one seeded bulgarian Isabela Shinikova to deutch Cindy Burger from french Myrtille Georges to czech Tereza Smitkova until 17 year’s old ukrain Olga Friedman the tennis show and fun will be assured.
Leipzig is a beautiful town of about 500,000 inhabitants which is universally known for its incredible musicians. Johann Sebastian Bach, Felix Mandelssonh, Robert Schuman and Richard Wagner work for many years in this town. It’s for this reason that Leipzig has been nicknamed The City of Music.
